退換貨政策 Return & Exchange Policy

為保障您的權益，請您於購買前詳閱以下退換貨相關規範：
To protect your rights, please carefully read the following return & exchange policies before making a purchase:

1. 鑑賞期服務 | 7-Day Return Period

  • 所有商品自收訖當日（含當日）起計算 7日內享有鑑賞期服務。

  • 請注意：鑑賞期並非試用期，若商品超過7日鑑賞期，恕不受理退貨。

  • All products come with a 7-day return period starting from the date of receipt (including the day of receipt).

  • Please note: the 7-day period is for inspection only, not for trial use. Returns are not accepted after this period.

2. 耳環類商品 | Earrings Policy

  • 耳環屬貼身個人用品，基於衛生考量，商品一旦拆封即無法辦理退貨。

  • Earrings are considered personal items. For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted once the package is opened.

3. 瑕疵商品處理 | Defective Items

  • 若您收到瑕疵商品，請於7日鑑賞期內提供：

    1. 訂單編號 Order Number

    2. 瑕疵照片 Photo of the Defect
      並聯繫客服人員。經確認屬實後，Ravv 將盡速協助退款處理。

  • If you receive a defective item, please contact customer service within 7 days and provide:

    1. Order Number

    2. Photo of the Defect
      Once confirmed, Ravv will promptly arrange a refund.

4. 換貨服務 | Exchange Policy

  • Ravv 僅提供 退貨服務，不提供換貨服務。

  • 如需更換其他商品，請於鑑賞期內辦理退貨，並重新下單。

  • Ravv provides returns only, no exchanges.

  • To exchange for another item, please return your order within the 7-day period and place a new order.

5. 退貨商品包裝 | Return Packaging

  • 退貨商品須以 原包裝完整寄回。

  • 若未以原包裝寄回，導致商品於運送過程中損壞，將無法受理退貨。

  • Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging.

  • If improper packaging causes damage during transit, the return will not be accepted.

6. 滿額贈品退回 | Gift with Purchase

  • 若退貨後訂單金額 未達滿額贈門檻，需將贈品與退貨商品一併退回。

  • 若贈品未退回，退款金額將 扣除贈品價值 後進行退款。

  • If the order total after returns falls below the gift threshold, the free gift must be returned as well.

  • If the gift is not returned, its value will be deducted from the refund.

7. 訂單優惠影響 | Discounts Adjustment

  • 若退貨後訂單金額 未達優惠門檻，退款金額將 扣除原優惠金額 後進行退款。

  • If the order total after returns falls below a discount threshold, the discount amount will be deducted from the refund.

8. 免運門檻影響 | Free Shipping Adjustment

  • 若退貨後訂單金額 未達免運門檻，退款金額將 扣除運費金額 後進行退款。

  • If the order total after returns falls below the free shipping threshold, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

9. 退貨運費 | Return Shipping Fee

  • 每筆訂單於鑑賞期內享有 一次退貨運費由 Ravv 負擔。

  • 若同筆訂單退貨超過一次，後續退貨運費須由消費者自行負擔。

  • Each order is entitled to one free return shipping within the 7-day period.

  • Any additional returns from the same order must be paid by the customer.
